Write for Notion Wizard
We’re always on the lookout for new contributors to write for Notion Wizard. It’s a chance to spread word about something interesting, perhaps an interesting template you’ve discovered or a neat trick that fellow users simply need to know about, and get paid for doing so (60% of the advertising revenue the article drives!).
What We’re Looking For
Want to write about Notion? Whether you just want to write one article, or want to contribute daily, we’d love to have you. We operate using contributor pitches. Here’s how it works: You have an idea for an article. You’ll come up with the headline and share that and a brief overview of the piece with our editor.
He’ll let you know whether it’s a fit for Notion Wizard and then invite you to write it if it checks out. If you haven’t written for us before, you’ll receive an onboarding form so we can set up your profile, a contractor agreement outlining all of the terms (to protect both of us) as well as a form to fill in your payment information.
Frequent contributors will be able to write directly in our CMS (we use a modified version of WordPress), but you’ll start by submitting the content in a Google Doc. Our editor will review and provide any feedback. Once finalized, the content will be published on Notion Wizard. This usually takes 24 hours from the time the final version is received.
Content that tends to perform the best teaches a user how to solve a problem they may be having with Notion, how to use one of its features, or integrate or automate something. Templates also do particularly well when accompanied by a first-person headline, like “I’ve tried hundreds of Notion dashboard tempaltes, and this one is my favorite.”
- The use of AI in the content is strictly prohibited.
- Writer must have fantastic command of the English language.
- Articles must be at least 350 words in length and of a friendly or conversational tone.
You must have a bank account with an IBAN number or a PayPal account to receive payments for royalties from the content you write. Please note that if PayPal is chosen, you will need to invoice us for the amount due so we can remit payment. IBAN payments are issued faster and do not require an invoice to be submitted.
